SPEEDWORK Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m. Trabuco Hills High School, Mission Viejo Track workouts are customized for all fitness levels to lower race times at all distances. Getting faster is just as important to a beginner as it is to a highly competitive runner. Additional benefits include aerobic and muscular fitness, race pacing and confidence within your training level. |

HILL REPEATS Saturdays at 7:30 a.m. Runners will gain muscle strength, stronger hearts and better knee lift with hill repeats. Contact Coach Mark for location and time. |

TRAIL RUNS Sundays at 7:30 a.m. Trail runs are approximately 9 - 10 miles and are constructed to enhance overall endurance. Long runs build the aerobic base or stamina needed to run fast over distance. Contact Coach Mark for location and time. |
